"As an entrepreneur, I once faced the exact challenge that most MSME business owners face: how do you exit or sell a business efficiently when there's no proper system in place? The process I went through was time-consuming, scattered, and completely lacking in reliable support.

That experience gave clarity and shaped my vision.

In 2009, I began studying this huge gap across India’s MSME landscape. It became clear that business owners needed more than just a platform, they needed insight, structure and a partner they could trust and rely on. This led to the start of BusinessDeals in 2013.
